We’re currently in search of a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team and make a valuable contribution to our continued achievements. Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with clients to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a balance between user needs and business objectives.
- Enhance strong relationships with clients, challenge them, assist in decision-making, educate on best practices, facilitate workshops, and provide mentoring on product development.
- Conduct in-depth market research (including user interviews) to identify needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s goals, features, and release timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch and sometimes even further.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Manage the backlog, timelines, risks, and product budget effectively.
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work, sometimes also in other areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both in written and verbal communication (at least C1)
- Openness to work during a couple of hours that overlap with the client from the US West Coast
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working in international teams.
